Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process and prepare your shipment and an additional 2 to 4 business days for your order to arrive.

Our shipping is always free of charge.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we do not. We use FedEx as our carrier and they only accept physical addresses for delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we ship to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawai'i, U.S. territories, and to Canada.
How do I process a return or exchange?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return Request" or "Exchange Request" in the subject line, or your email may not be directed properly. We will then send you a return/exchange authorization form to fill out with the proper information. Please include this form along with your invoice when returning your product. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Send your return to:

To receive a refund, your return must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date you receive your order. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with original ticketing and tag attached. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We will not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
Returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.
Sale items may be returned for online credit only. No refunds.
